Couldn't fault this place. Very friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast was 1st class, great choice & cooked to perfection! Would recommend to anyone. We will go back next time in St Andrews.

Small hotel in a great central location. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable, nevertheless. Staff helpful, on-street parking is free immediately outside the hotel. Would definitely go back.

I have always stayed at the Albany when in St Andrews, as has my extended family. However, after my recent stay it seems I’ll have to find a new hotel. I made the mistake of booking two rooms instead of one for my recent trip with my daughter, something that was discovered by staff 3 days before our check in. The Albany manager chose to charge me the full price of the booking for the first night. I understand that this was my mistake, but I travel extensively and when anything like this has happened before, there’s generally a late cancellation fee or partial payment required - not the full cost of the booking. As a result, my 3-night stay at the hotel ended up costing me more than the two round trip tickets from San Francisco to Edinburgh that got me there. It’s a lovely enough hotel - but with this unusually stringent policy, think carefully before booking.

Nice boutique hotel in St. Andrews. Convenient location to shops, restaurants and golf. Room dated but clean. For the ladies, this is the third hotel/B&B in Scotland that I’ve stayed at this trip with no hairdryer.

Good points room spotless location central. Bathroom good. However, furniture shabby, tired and badly chipped. Bed pitiful (could I suggest the owner sleeps in it for one night.) Finally where was the fridge. At £189 a night room only I would have expected luxury plus the basics.

Dit is echt een volledig voorbij gestreefd hotel de prijs is enorm hoog voor wat je krijgt meer dan 350€ voor een kamer zogezegd junior suite zonder airco zonder enige luxe oude versleten meubels deur terras sluitte niet, papieren muren geen enkele geluidsisolatie konden de buren verstaan wat ze zeiden in de andere kamers terras vuil en gebroken planken. Gewoon oplichters omdat een golfterrein in de buurt is gebruiken ze extreem hoge prijzen voor zeer lage kwaliteit vermijden dit hotel

Lovely staff at reception the room was absolutely Spotless couldn’t fault it. The Housekeeping Team were so kind and smiling all the time. breakfast was delicious. Only down fall is the size of the bedrooms.

Stayed here with my son for a night while visiting the university. Great location quiet street. Sarah and Pia were so lovely and catered to our needs there a credit to this hotel nothing was to much bother. Breakfast was also lovely plenty to choose from. Cooked and continental. Would recommend and would return here. Our room could have been doing with a lick of paint but was comfy and clean and we had a good nights sleep.

My partner and I had a lovely time in St Andrews, and the hotel room we book at the Albany hotel was exactly what we needed. Very clean room and lovely staff members. Breakfast was also really nice. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

This was the cosiest hotel I ever stayed at, felt like I'm staying over at my grandma's place (in the best sense). Bed was very comfy, I had the best sleep. And everyone was sooo friendly.

Very cosy, warm and welcoming hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of choice too, something for everyone! The beds were very comfy and we had a lovely view across to the St Andrews Uni campus and pretty street from our window. Our only criticism is that the bedroom was much smaller than what we saw online and the floor boards were very creaky, but was perfectly functional.

The location is good to visit. The room was small and a bit old. However, we saw a lot of little things in it and noted that the staff (which was smiling and welcoming) do all what they can to improve the customer experience. The breakfast was very good and seemed freshly prepared.

La peor experiencia en un hotel de mi vida. Reza para que no te toque la habitación con el nombre “bunker”. Precio alto (el mayor en mis dos semanas y media en Escocia) y las peores calidades en todo (wc que no funciona bien, cama incómoda, suelo con manchas, paredes con manchas, ducha mala, mal insonorizado..). Nada recomendable. Debería darles vergüenza asignar esta habitación, que tampoco se refleja en las fotos que muestran en Booking. El momento más increíble de todos. La chica de la limpieza entró en la habitación a las 9am de la mañana, cuando aún estábamos durmiendo.

It's just a marvelious spot. The location was perfect, located across from St Andrews College and walking distance to everything, including the Old Coarse and food. The staff were just amazing, and for the record, their chef was top-notch. Breakfasts amazing. I would stay there again. A special thank you to the night manager who accommodated a very early departure. Merci from the Canadian Team.

위치는 세인트앤드류스에서 관광과 골프를 즐기기에 충분한 위치에 있었으며 나이가 있는 웃지않는 주인으로 보이는 사람을 제외한 나머지 직원들은 너무나 친절했으며, 조식은 바로 전 이틀을 숙박했던 올드코스호텔의 조식보다 낫다고 말 할 수 있으나 욕실이 배수와 샤워기의 심각한 결함으로 인하여 동반한 저의 배우자는 샤워를 포기하고 나왔습니다.
